The young lady that kept in touch with me was Amy I had several questions and concerns before my purchase for my 2020 Ford Ranger Amy addressed them all before and after the sale. I had a small issue which along with Amy stood behind and are taken action to solve the system for my truck is brand new and only came with soft box but they intend to follow up making the other two in time like the full size trucks are offered the quality of the system is top of the line but so far Amy and the powers to be are too even the t-shirt and emblems they sent were good touch. Instalation was unbelievably easy, very available customer service and shipping provider. Cover is a great for and very sturdy. Box has LED which was a surprise to me. Over-all great experience.
